Hosting and server logs

This website is hosted by Host Unlimited, a service of Bieber IT GmbH, Braunschweiger Straße 22, 38518 Gifhorn, Germany. When the site is opened, the browser transmits technical data including the IP address, date and time, requested file, referrer, browser and operating system. Processing is necessary to provide the site securely and reliably and is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Log data is deleted or anonymised when it is no longer needed for operation and security. Longer retention only occurs for a security incident or legal obligation.

SSL/TLS encryption

The website is transmitted securely over HTTPS. This protects page content and form data while in transit. An encrypted connection is indicated by “https://” in the address bar.

Contact by email

If you contact us by email, we process your sender address and message to respond. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where the message concerns a potential or existing contract, and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for other requests.

Contact form

The form sends the project type, name, email address, optional date and location, and the message to the web server only after submission. Required fields are needed to identify and answer the request. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for general messages. Form contents are not stored in a website database or written to application logs.

Project assistant

The project assistant works with local rules in the browser. Choices and the summary are not sent to an AI service or any other external provider. Only after express confirmation and submission are the name, email address, choices and summary processed like a regular form enquiry.

Email delivery

Form and assistant enquiries are delivered server-side by authenticated SMTP to kontakt@dropshot-productions.de. An address on the website's own domain is used as the sender; the visitor's address is used only as the reply address.

Retention

Enquiry and communication data is deleted once processing is complete and no contractual, statutory or legitimate reason requires further retention. Server log data is deleted or anonymised according to the criteria described above.

Recipients

Recipients are Dropshot Productions and the technical providers used for hosting and email delivery where required for operation and delivery. Data is not disclosed to analytics, advertising or AI providers.

Technically necessary local storage and external resources

The site does not set cookies. The one-time intro uses only technically necessary browser session storage, which expires with the browser session. Fonts, images, films, scripts and stylesheets are served locally by this website. No tracking, maps, social media, video platform or other third-party embeds are active. The footer contains only a standard external link to Helfano; a connection is made only when that link is opened. A consent banner is not required for the current functionality.

Data subject rights

Subject to the GDPR, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Consent may be withdrawn at any time for the future. To exercise these rights, email kontakt@dropshot-productions.de.

Right to lodge a complaint

Data subjects may lodge a complaint about the processing of their personal data with a data protection supervisory authority.
